Our goal is to guarantee the highest possible quality of containers we manufacture. Therefore we decided to create a dedicated control department, which uses specialized measuring devices of FARO for product verification. With the participation of our clients, over the last years we have developed control methods that guarantees high repeatability of structures designed to work on robot-operated stations. Thanks to these measurements, we are able to control the key surfaces in the container cooperating with the part, in the much more accurate way than the standard control methods. By connecting the FARO unit to the assembly process, we have shortened the time needed to finalize the project. Having combined this measurement technique with precisely made instruments, we reduce the possibility of making mistakes practically to zero.
